We can cancel your service at any time

We may add a fee to your service cancellation policy: cancellations are free up to 48 hours before your booking. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee ranging from £3.00 to £13.00. Fee breakdown: cancel up to 48 hours before service – free; cancel 48–24 hours (after the free 48-hour period ends) – £3.00; 24–12 hours – £3.50; 12–10 hours – £4.00; 10–7 hours – £4.50; 7–4 hours – £5.60; 4–3 hours – £6.99; 2–1 hour – £13.

If you don’t arrive for your timeslot on time, extra charges may apply: 5 minutes late £0.50, 5–10 minutes £1.50, 10–20 minutes £5.00, 20–30 minutes £7.00, 30–40 minutes £10.00, 40–50 minutes £11.00, and 50–60+ minutes £30.00, plus possible cancellation.
